During these years I have won several international titles and a total of 6 pro cards, which are a testament not only to my dedication to the sport, but also to the hard work, discipline and passion I put into every workout.
What sets me apart from others is my approach to nutrition. As someone who is concerned with every part of my diet, I look at food as much more than just a macronutrient. I also focus on micronutrients, vitamins and minerals, which are key to optimal health and performance. This holistic philosophy has not only helped me improve my own results, but has also allowed me to better understand how to help others achieve their fitness goals.

I offer consultations both in person and online to look at your goals, adjustments to your diet and training plans, or how to improve your motivation and approach to training. I offer seminars that are ideal for gyms, fitness centers or as a bonus for their clients. These can be full or half day training sessions where I discuss key topics on fitness, training methods, nutrition and healthy living. Seminars can be focused on specific areas that the client desires (e.g. race preparation, nutrition strategies, injury prevention, etc.). This program is great for promoting the gym and providing quality education for its clients.
